The first treatment or session will include a consultation at no extra charge and will briefly discuss your medical history and lifestyle to gain a holistic picture of yourself and to establish the your reasons for seeking the treatment and their desired outcome.
As and from the 1st of January 2024, there will be a small price increase as shown below.

Each Distance Reiki Session includes a 10-minute pre-treatment consultation (by phone or video call) to discuss your needs and intentions.
After the healing session, I take time to write up intuitive notes and reflections, which I then send to you by email.
