Indian Head Massage is a traditional Indian technique of treating the upper back, neck, shoulders, face and scalp with the recipient remaining clothed. The techniques were originally developed by women in India who used oils such as sesame, coconut and mustard oil to help keep the hair strong, lustrous and in beautiful condition and provided Indian families with relaxation and healing on a daily basis, as well as playing a part in rituals such as weddings and births.
This form of massage is now one of the most popular therapies available at the moment.
